Through walking, meditation, stories and poems, observation of nature, and hands-on interactions with native plants, you’ll learn new ways to experience the magical world in which we live at the edge of San Francisco Bay.
The wisdom of endangered animal species, and guided visualizations about petroglyphs carry messages from the past. We’ll create ceremonies based on timeless shamanic practices, to honor the mountains, and spend time on a 5000 year old shell mound.
Faced with diminishing gas supplies and current challenges to travel abroad, learn how to fulfill your desire to visit places that inspire and stimulate you, traveling less than two hours from home.
