Rev. Megan Wagner, MA.

Megan is a Therapist, Spiritual Guide, Kabbalah Teacher and Interfaith Minister. She is Director of Spiritual Psychology at The Chaplaincy Institute in Berkeley, Director of the Tree of Life Training and Kabbalah School in Redwood City and adjunct faculty at ITP. She is author of The Sapphire Staff, a book about psycho-spiritual healing and initiation. Megan’s transformational work with clients and groups integrates traditional therapy with the sacred arts of drumming, chanting, storytelling, psychodrama and ritual.

“After attending to my own deep healing through intensive analysis and spiritual training, I am committed to helping others find their truth and joy. Depending on what people need, I use guided meditation, psycho-spiritual exercises, traditional talking therapy or I devise a personal ritual. My approach to healing was developed after many years of traveling, experiencing the sacred arts of other cultures and working with various Shaman who taught me the value of ritual & initiation. Also for nine exciting years in London I studied Kabbalah, Jungian Psychology, Sacred Art, Mythology, Alchemy, Astrology, and the Western Mystery Traditions. I have a special passion for women’s rites of passage and lead women’s groups to the island of Crete. In my wider work, I offer training in Kabbalah and a Certificate in Spiritual Psychology. I am delighted to provide spiritual guidance, supervision and personal rituals.”

Chandra Alexandre, PhD, MBA offers spiritual guidance in San Francisco or by phone. Her work is greatly informed by the sacred, as well her own journey to the underworld and healing process through an eating disorder. She notes of this journey, “I suffered many, many years as an anorexic, trying to literally fit into a man’s world by reshaping my body and losing my menstruation through starvation. The good news for me though is that when finally forced during the course of my illness to confront the reality of my body’s deterioration and what that meant in practical terms, I had my deep connection to Spirit and the Feminine to help save my life. I look at anorexia now as the hallmark of my spiritual initiation, in many ways because it was the onset of both a crisis and an incredibly transformational realization of a pathway to healing. That pathway has today culminated in my work with women and girls through SHARANYA (www.sharanya.org) and the offering of spiritual guidance to those dealing with addictions of any kind.” Chandra also offers rites of passage ceremonies.
